The state of sustainable business

What's on the programme?
Robert Habeck, Germany's former Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, delivers the keynote on Europe's green ambitions in a world shaped by geopolitics. He returns in the afternoon for a panel on whether Europe can be green, digital and sovereign at the same time. Political analyst and author Lars Trier Mogensen moderates the day.

Around the keynote, you build your own day. The programme has around 30 sessions, with up to five running in parallel, where CBS researchers meet practitioners from business and organisations. Want to understand the green tech race with China? Communicate sustainability without greenwashing? Learn how data, biodiversity or circular solutions work in practice? Or ask whether art can move us to act? Pick the sessions that matter most to you.

Whether you're a student exploring your future career, a sustainability professional looking for new perspectives, a researcher connecting your work to practice, or simply curious about the business implications of the green transition, there is something for you.

Join us on Friday, 20 November 2026 at Kilen, Copenhagen Business School, for CBS's largest sustainability event.

Attendance is free of charge, but you need to sign up. Two weeks before the conference, we'll send you an email where you choose the sessions you want to join.

In 2025, Green Business Forum welcomed more than 400 participants.

Green Business Forum is organised by the Green Office at Copenhagen Business School.
