The Department of Organization has more than 100 external teachers who help faculty members deliver teaching and supervision at many different study programs. The external teachers are known to deliver high-quality teaching and supervision, but some of them are also active researchers, either because they work as full-time scholars elsewhere or because they conduct research independently. However, collaboration between faculty members at IOA and external teachers is limited when it comes to research. This might be because faculty members are unaware of the research activities and interests that the department's external teachers carry out. As such, the purpose of this seminar is to showcase the type of research that IOA's external teachers do, in order to hopefully inspire new and interesting collaborations. At the seminar, 4-5 external teachers will present their ongoing research projects.
