Student Assistant for seizmic Platform & Social Entrepreneurship Education
Department of Management, Society and Communication is looking for a new student assistant.
We are looking for a student assistant with a particular interest in social entrepreneurship, educational innovation, and international collaboration to support the seizmic platform and related activities.
As a Student Assistant, you will be affiliated with Professor Kai Hockerts and Anne-Karen Hüske and become part of an international team working on social entrepreneurship education across the Aurora European University Alliance.
The position focuses on supporting educators and students using the seizmic platform, coordinating activities related to the seizmic Awards, and contributing to the continued development of the seizmic learning ecosystem.

Tasks in the position
- Support the onboarding and ongoing support of educators and students using the seizmic platform.
- Support the day-to-day coordination of the platform, including participating courses and student projects.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of the seizmic Awards, including communication with educators and student teams.
- Communicate and coordinate with professors, students, CBS colleagues, and international university partners.
- Contribute to the further development and coordination of seizmic WP3 activities and related social entrepreneurship education initiatives.
Qualifications
We are looking for a student who:
- Has a genuine interest in social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education.
- Has effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple activities.
- Enjoys working with students, educators, and international partners.
- Is motivated, service-minded, and able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
- Is comfortable working with digital platforms and willing to learn.

As the position requires continuous presence in Copenhagen, preference will be given to applicants who expect to remain in the Copenhagen area throughout their degree.
Salary and terms of employment
Employment takes place in accordance with the HK organisational agreement and the Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Publicly Employed Organisations (OAO-S Collective Agreement).
The salary currently ranges between DKK 145.73 and DKK 152.88 per hour and is dependent on previous employment in the office profession and level of education. The pension contribution amounts to 16% of the pensionable salary components.
It is a prerequisite for employment that you are an active student at a higher educational institution.
