External lecturer at CBS. I supervise and give lectures in a wide range of topics all related to Marketing – for instance corporate branding, business projects, customer insights and markets.
MSc, HD and BA.
Outside CBS I am working with the exciting challenges related to marketing optimisation.
Keywords: customer journey management, sales, customer satisfaction, customer engagement and loyalty.
I hold a PhD from CBS and INSEAD.
