I have worked within the field of contracting and contract management for the past 10+ years within industries such as energy, infrastructure, and IT. Most recently, I have built up a new department of contract management advisory with large Danish and international clients and a team of 10+ consultants. My predominant focus is to transform contracting within companies so that contract creates value to the business and is seen as a proactive tool in achieving the strategy.
