I am in­ter­ested in all as­pects of eco­nom­ic or­gan­iz­a­tion, in­clud­ing how eco­nom­ic or­gan­iz­a­tion con­nects to strategy and entrepreneur­ship

I am interested in economic organization, specifically, in understanding the rationales, functions and limits of contracts, incentives, property rights, and ownership. These issues inform the study and practice of strategy, firm organization, ecosystems, and much else.
