I am curious about firm technology strategy and how it affects the rate and diffusion of innovation, and how it translates into corporate success.
My research focuses on technology strategy and innovation, with particular interest in R&D collaboration, intellectual property rights, and corporate science. I am also curious about the consequences of mandated and voluntary disclosure of knowledge, as well as understanding the interdependencies between financial markets and firm innovation. My work has been published in leading academic journals, including Management Science, Research Policy, and the Journal of Corporate Finance.
