I am curi­ous about firm tech­no­logy strategy and how it af­fects the rate and dif­fu­sion of in­nov­a­tion, and how it trans­lates into cor­por­ate suc­cess.

My research focuses on technology strategy and innovation, with particular interest in R&D collaboration, intellectual property rights, and corporate science. I am also curious about the consequences of mandated and voluntary disclosure of knowledge, as well as understanding the interdependencies between financial markets and firm innovation. My work has been published in leading academic journals, including Management Science, Research Policy, and the Journal of Corporate Finance.
