Diversity in Decision-Making

My research interests revolve around consumer psychology, judgement & decision-making using quantitative methods. With a focus on biological aspects, such as genomarketing and neurodivergent consumer marketing (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other psych/mental conditions), I study how genetic predispositions and neurological variations shape preferences and behaviour. No more one-size-fits-all marketing.

My research helps:

- people own their choices

- organisations develop strategies for diversity and inclusion

Vision: A marketplace where decisions delight, not divide.
