Primary research areas
Social Judgments and Inequality
Studying social asymmetries and their consequences in a divided world.
Stereotypes and Lay Beliefs
Examining how social schemas, stereotypes, lay beliefs, and other inferential processes shape behavior and decision-making.
Informing standards for human behavior in society
My research interests revolve around behavioral science and consumer psychology, with a focus on judgment & decision-making. In my PhD, I study how stereotypical perceptions and lay beliefs influence how people think, feel, and behave in social and marketplace interactions. This work aims to contribute to a better understanding of human behavior with broader relevance for society.
