Selv de mest engagerede og selvkørende medarbejdere har brug for retning og en velfungerende organisation omkring sig for at udnytte deres potentiale fuldt ud. På kurset får du viden om, hvordan en virksomhed kan designes organisatorisk, så den fungerer så effektivt som muligt og understøtter virksomhedens værdiskabelse og den enkelte medarbejders funktion.
Du bliver klædt på til at håndtere organisatoriske problemstillinger med udgangspunkt i økonomisk teori, som f.eks. hvem der skal beslutte hvad, hvordan du måler, om en afdeling præsterer godt eller skidt, og hvornår du ikke skal belønne en persons præstation.
