Kurset vil især have fokus på:
- Hvordan man leder på afstand og overvinder udfordringerne med kommunikation, koordinering og kontrol på tværs af grænser.
- Hvordan man kopierer og lokaliserer bedste praksis i udlandet og balancerer mellem standardisering og tilpasning.
- Hvordan man vælger og implementerer de optimale operationelle strategier for virksomheder, der opererer på tværs af grænser, f.eks. eksport, licenser, joint ventures og datterselskaber.
