Kurset dykker ned i emner som global forretningsforståelse, strategisk analyse og håndtering af forandringer. Gennem dette kursus får du de nødvendige mentale værktøjer til at trives i en verden, der konstant udfordrer os.
Du får altså mulighed for at udforske, hvordan du kan styrke din virksomheds position og skabe bæredygtig succes i en kompleks og foranderlig virkelighed.

- Rollen for formelle og uformelle institutioner, der er relevante for virksomheder

Bemærk! På første semester vil du have undervisning sammen med studerende, som påtænker at læse specialiseringerne HD2 Supply Chain Management, HD2 International Business og HD2 Maritime. På andet semester grener kurserne ud i de respektive specialiseringer, hvor man går i dybden med hvert sit felt.
