Internationale forretninger er grundlæggende ikke begrænset til ens eget hjemland, men omfatter hele den globale økonomi som en potentiel legeplads (eller slagmark). Nogle virksomheder har succes på hjemmemarkedet, men når de bevæger sig udenlands, kan de støde på udfordringer og fejle. Andre virksomheder formår at overføre deres styrker fra hjemmemarkedet til andre lande - men hvordan?
Hvis du stod i spidsen for din virksomheds bestræbelser på at komme ind på et bestemt udenlandsk marked, ville du så ikke gerne finde ud af, hvad der ligger bag succes og fiasko for virksomheder på det marked?
På dette kursus vil du udvikle færdigheder og kompetencer, der bidrager til din virksomheds succes med grænseoverskridende forretningsaktiviteter. Du vil blandt andet lære at analysere og identificere de ressourcer, virksomheder har brug for, når de internationaliserer deres forretning. Desuden vil du kunne forberede virksomhedens indgangsstrategier og konkurrencedygtige dynamiske strategier.
