About the event
Generative AI is rapidly changing higher education, creating new possibilities for students and educators. At the same time, it raises fundamental questions about learning, teaching, ethics, and the role of the university.
In this talk, Assistant Professor Sine Zambach from the Department of Digitalization will present her new book, AI in Higher Education: Challenges and Opportunities.
Drawing on research, learning theory, and concrete examples from the classroom, the book explores how AI can be integrated into higher education in ways that support – rather than replace – deep and autonomous learning.
Sine Zambach will introduce some of the book’s central ideas and discuss what universities, educators and students need to consider as generative AI becomes an increasingly established part of academic life.
Join us in the CBS Library Forum for an opportunity to move beyond the question of whether we should use AI in higher education and towards the more difficult question of how we should use it, and what kind of learning we want it to support.
We encourage you to register beforehand for this event. However, the event is open even without registration.
