With the building industry and architectural practices as the primary empirical setting, my work consists of teaching, research and consultative efforts.

• My teaching is organized as practice-based studio teaching in courses that involve collaboration with industry partners. Based on the application of qualitative methods and case study research design, we focus on issues like organisational development, change, strategic design, process consultation and internship arrangements. I teach and coordinate courses at CBS as well as at the Royal Danish Academy (Architecture, Design, Conservation).
• My research addresses the link between organisation and architecture/design, focusing on the role and implication of design and architecture in organisational settings, and on architectural practice as professional work.
• My consultative work revolves around issues like organisational development, collaboration, strategy and leadership.
