Quantitative meta-science and marketing research

Constant Pieters is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Copenhagen Business School.

Constant’s ongoing research focuses on quantitative meta-research, including research methodology and research credibility, as well as empirical generalisations on substantive topics in marketing and consumer research. His co-authored articles on discriminant validation and latent moderation analysis were published in the Journal of Marketing Research. He has also published on the theorisation and testing of U-shaped relationships with and without moderation in the Strategic Management Journal.

In his teaching, Constant develops, coordinates, and teaches courses in applied business and marketing analytics. He also supervises research projects and theses at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.

Prior to joining CBS in 2022, Constant was a Lecturer in Marketing at Tilburg University. He received a PhD in Marketing (2020), a Research MSc degree in Business: Marketing (2014), an MSc degree in Marketing Research (2012), and a BSc degree in Business Administration (2011), all from Tilburg University.
