Labor market inequalities in the age of generative AI
My research examines how digital technologies interact with existing labor market inequalities. Specifically, I study how generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) affects job quality and how its effects differ across occupations and social classes. To do so, I draw on representative panel survey data from Germany.
