My research investigates how the CSDDD influences European Contract Law and how companies in the internal market can create value in this regulatory shift.
Corporate Code of Conducts
I examine how the use of a code of conduct under the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive can have a binding effect on third parties both when used as a unilateral commitment and when incorporated into a contract
Strategic Contracting
Strategic contracting aims to build fair, repeated partnerships to create a joint competitive advantage and relational rent. It uses proactive and reactive provisions based on resource complementarity and strategic fit, to protect knowledge exchange and relationship-specific investments against opportunistic behaviour.
I see the EU climate rules' impact on contracts and value
My research explores how European contract law adapts to the green transition, focusing on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and climate regulation. I examine how legal frameworks can enable companies to transform compliance into opportunities for innovation, value creation, and sustainable growth.
