Pro­file De­scrip­tion

Andreas Kornum Buus received his Master’s degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law (cand.merc.(jur.)) from Copenhagen Business School in 2024. His academic interests include contract law, EU law, and financial regulation. 

Andreas teaches lectures at Copenhagen Business School, where he teaches at bachelor’s and master’s level within the programme in Business Administration and Commercial Law. 

Lectures include: 

- Legal Method and Contract Law 

- EU Law 

- Advanced Contract Law and Contract Economics 

- Sustainability from a Value Chain Perspective – Choice of Contracting Mode 

Furthermore, he supervises Project 1 (Competition Law and Industrial Economics), Project 2 (I Research method, theory and internal market project), and bachelor projects, and participates in examination and grading. 

Outside CBS, Andreas works at a law firm advising corporate financing law, financial regulation, alternative investment funds, and general corporate law and commercial contract matters.
