About
“I use lab and field experiments to explore human behavior”
My research helps us understand the choices people and organizations make - and how these decisions influence innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial outcomes. Using laboratory and field experiments, I study what drives learning, communication, and resource mobilization, in contexts ranging from entrepreneurship to organizational governance.
Through my research, I aim to provide insights and implications that support organizations, entrepreneurs, and communities in creating more effective, fair, and sustainable outcomes.
