What you learn

To achieve the grade 12, the student should meet the following learning objectives with no or only minor mistakes or errors:

  • Explore and analyze the relationship between sustainability and services through a relevant problem statement
  • Develop a research project that critically discusses the role and relevance of sustainability perspectives in service management
  • Explain and apply key concepts and theories of culture and tourism services to analyze sustainability-related managerial issues
  • Evaluate sustainability challenges in culture and tourism service management and develop recommendations for improvement
