The CBS Executive MBA programme continues to lead in Scandinavia according to the Financial Times Global Executive MBA Ranking 2024 holding its position as the top Executive MBA in the region.

With a global ranking of #58 overall, the programme excels across multiple categories, reflecting its dedication to delivering a high-impact learning experience and a strong return on investment for participants. The Financial Times is the most prominent ranking globally for business schools and the ranking is based on the insights of the latest admitted class, graduating students, alumni and performance of the business school itself.

This year, CBS EMBA has been recognised for the calibre of its participants, achieving #6 globally in ‘Work Experience’ — a ranking that measures the length of participants' professional experience prior to joining the programme, showcasing the programme’s commitment to fostering an environment rich in networking and peer learning opportunities. CBS has consistently performed exceptionally in this area, being in the top 10 for ‘Work Experience’ for the past three years.

“Our programme’s agility in adapting to the evolving business landscape is essential to its success. We are proud to retain our #1 ranking in Scandinavia and continue to provide a transformational educational journey that enables executives to lead with innovation and influence.” Jesper Rangvid
Associate Dean of the Executive MBA and Finance Professor

Strong Performance in Salary Growth and Career Advancement

Despite the very high work experience and seniority in the CBS EMBA classroom, alumni have an impressive 52% average salary increase three years after completing the programme, highlighting the significant financial and career impact it delivers.

Continued Dedication to Executive Education Excellence

With two annual intakes in May and September, the CBS EMBA programme offers flexibility for participants, who can choose to complete the degree over a two-year period or through a more flexible, stepwise path extending up to five years. CBS’s reputation, supported by its #1 ranking in Scandinavia, ensures that the EMBA programme remains a leading choice for executives looking to advance their careers and expand their global perspectives, with a northern European base. Reflecting the continued global impact of CBS faculty’s academic contributions, CBS EMBA is ranked #37 for Faculty Research Output.
