What is entrepreneurship really about?
Entrepreneurship is more than starting a business. It is about spotting opportunities, thinking creatively and imagining futures that do not yet exist. The OIE programme focuses on how to design and manage entrepreneurship and innovation inside different types of organisations – from start-ups to established companies.
Turning ideas into reality
At OIE, we see entrepreneurship and innovation as core elements of creativity – the ability to turn imagination into something real. Organisations are where ideas come to life. They are the spaces where people act, collaborate and shape the future together.
Learn by doing – and reflecting
You will learn in a hands-on, studio-based setting where you work with real cases, explore different tools and reflect on your role in driving innovation. By combining theory, practice and personal insights, you will develop the ability to understand and shape how organisations innovate and grow.
Build skills to create change
You will grow your entrepreneurial mindset, understand the diversity of what entrepreneurship looks like in different contexts, and lead others in turning new ideas into new ways of working. You will strengthen your problem-solving abilities and learn how to create both economic and social value in a constantly changing world.
“I chose MSSc OIE because with a BSc degree in Business administration I was looking for a collaborative and creative environment to dive deeper into innovation management.” Dominik, MSSc OIE
