About the course
What you will learn
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- Identify a research topic related to a business, a business activity, an organization or an organizational activity in the area of the second language (French, German or Spanish).
- Reproduce basic theoretical knowledge on qualitative methods;
- Justify the choice and use of one or several qualitative method(s) for a given research project, including the suitability of this choice given the research question and analytical framework;
- Collect suitable empirical data following the constraints of a chosen qualitative method in one of the three languages taught in the BLC programme (French, German or Spanish);
- Analyse the data in order to answer the research question and present it in a research project;
- Use and critically reflect on the use of AI for the collection and analysis of data.
- Critically reflect on the method used for the project in order to explain what worked and what didn’t work as expected from the point of view of methods
