Si­mone Har­boe

My research focuses on the challenges digitally excluded citizens face in the meeting of the digital state, and how responsibility of inclusion is distributed among several actors in the public sector and civil society. My current PhD project uses a case study of digital rehabilitation of incarcerated people and aims to generate new knowledge on the organization and implementation of digital inclusion, including on gliding responsibility.
