Jes­per Mortensen

Jesper has worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a leader in business development and innovation at Maersk. With over 15 years of experience in strategy and leadership at the executive level, he is now an independent consultant specializing in AI, with a primary focus on the healthcare industry.

He holds a master’s degree in strategy, organization, and leadership from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper has worked extensively with strategy, leadership, and innovation, as well as organizational and industry-wide transformations. Additionally, he has extensive experience in business development, contracting, stakeholder management, lobbying, operational improvements, and change management.

Academically, he has taught managerial economics and various related subjects. Jesper has been teaching at Copenhagen Business School for nearly 20 years alongside his other professional work.
