Palle Nierhoff holds a MSc in Economics (cand.oecon) from Aarhus University.

Fields of interest include corporate finance and accounting. More specifically, valuation of companies, M&A, IPO, equity capital markets, PE, due diligence, and restructuring of companies. 

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

Experience from teaching various courses in micro and macroeconomics, corporate finance, and accounting at bachelor and master programs at CBS and Aarhus University.

Palle is currently lecturer at CBS in:

• Corporate finance (HA).

• M&A and Valuation (HD, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Finance).

Supervision and grading on Master Theses for several MSc lines and Bachelor Projects etc.
