Marc Lund Andersen holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting (cand. merc. fir) from Copenhagen Business School.

Fields of interest include Housing Economics, Housing Finance, Housing Markets, Housing Taxation, Systemic Risks related to Housing, the Danish Mortgage Bond Market, Theory of House Price Indices and Development, Real Estate Derivatives and Real Estate Investments.

Professional and/or academic experience

Published author in Finans/Invest (5/2011 and 3/2023).

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision

Responsible for the undergraduate elective course ‘Housing Economics and Finance’ in 2020/2021 and the graduate elective course ‘Housing Economics and Finance’ since 2021, including teaching, curriculum design, course planning, preparation and examination of written exams.

Acts as a supervisor on a limited number of Undergraduate- and Master theses.
