My interests and exploration 

My research explores how technology and artificial intelligence can be harnessed to improve people’s everyday lives. By leveraging AI-powered and mobile health (mHealth) solutions, I seek to guide users toward healthier dietary habits, informed online social shopping, and balanced digital engagement. My long-term goal is to transform smartphones and apps into intelligent companions that foster personal well-being and sustainable lifestyles.

- Deepen understanding of human–AI interaction, digital interventions, and sustainable consumption. 

- Develop multi-dimensional methods to analyze how AI-driven information shapes user behavior. 

- Enable individuals to use social media and apps in healthier and more sustainable ways. 

- Provide evidence to guide policymakers and organizations in designing responsible AI systems. 

- Promote healthy diets and sustainable consumption, reducing waste and healthcare costs.
