Shaping digital transformation through strategic IT leadership
I explore how digital technologies transform organizations and industries, with a focus on strategic IT management, mergers and acquisitions, and AI-enabled services. My research helps companies navigate complex digital transitions, align IT with business strategy, and unlock value through innovation.
Working closely Danish and international companies, I investigate how to create business value through digital technology. For example, how digital infrastructures and ecosystems such as blockchain and e-customs can enhance transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. I also study immersive technologies like AR and VR to improve customer experience in retail.
My academic work contributes to leadership and strategy development in digital contexts, supporting organizations in becoming resilient, adaptive, and future-ready. I actively engage in collaborative research and academic citizenship to ensure that my work has real-world impact.
