An­drea Carug­ati

Andrea Carugati is Professor of Digital Transformation and Innovation and the Head of the Department of Digitalization at Copenhagen Business School. Andrea Carugati has an international career with a Master from Chalmers University (Gothenburg, SE), a PhD from the Technical University of Denmark (Lyngby, DK) and previous academic positions at IESEG School of Management (Lille, FR) and Aarhus University (Aarhus, DK). His research explores the diffusion and adoption of technology, digital transformation, and the deployment of AI in organizations. Specifically, he investigates the strategic implementation and governance of enterprise architectures, as well as the complex organizational paradoxes and human consequences that arise during mandated technological change. His work focuses typically on contexts that receive little attention in classic business school research. He has researched among others, if farming, milk production, nursing homes, and heavy industry. He has consulted for public and private organizations on issues related to digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology adoption. Andrea Carugati has published in (a.o.)
