Making new entrepreneurial approaches scalable for a better society
Ricky Celenta is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Copenhagen Business School. His research focuses on social entrepreneurship, with particular attention to scaling practices, and on corporate entrepreneurship, especially in relation to sustainable innovation within firms.
His academic work investigates how entrepreneurial approaches can be scaled to address urgent societal challenges.
By linking sustainability, social entrepreneurship, and corporate innovation, his aim is to demonstrate that entrepreneurship can be a solution for building more antifragile and inclusive society.
He is particularly interested in:
- Scaling practices in social entrepreneurship
- Collaboration between large firms, startups, and communities
- Corporate entrepreneurship as a strategic approach to sustainable innovation
Ricky Celenta is also Project Manager of the seizmic Doctoral Network, an MSCA-funded program involving nine universities and fifteen PhD fellows. The seizmic Doctoral Network advances research, training, and innovation at the intersection of social impact and entrepreneurship, building bridges between academia, business, and society.
