Præsentation

Henrik Lando arbejder med forskellige emner indenfor retsøkonomien, der analyserer juraen ved hjælp af økonomiske analyseredskaber, særlig fra teorien om konfliktadfærd (spilteorien). Henrik er særligt interesseret i hvordan både erhvervskontrakter og den juridiske regulering af kontrakter kan indrettes mere hensigtsmæssigt under hensyntagen til de incitamenter, som kontrakterne og lovgivningen skaber. Andre emner, der har Henriks interesse, er bl.a. erstatningsretten, strafferetten, reglerne vedrørende beviskrav og bevisbyrde, miljøretlig regulering og virksomhedsteorien i et kontraktperspektiv.
