I am currently involved in the Velux Foundation project TITAN “Turning Theories into Actions” as a post doctoral researcher. The project aims to develop knowledge about how organizational actors interpret and translate academic knowledge, from the domain of Organization and Management Theory (OMT), when implemented in organizational practice. I specifically focus on how management consultants interpret and translate OMT knowledge in practice.
