About
Primary research areas
I am fascinated by digital transformation and how it changes work
In my research, I explore topics related to digital transformation, with a particular focus on the transformation of work. I study digital workplace technologies and examine how they influence transparency, privacy, and employee empowerment. My work primarily draws on design science research and qualitative research methods.
I engage in the Information Systems Community, e.g. by serving as track chair, associate editor, and reviewer in leading conferences and journals. My work has been published in journals such as Journal of the Association of Information Systems, Journal of Business Research, Scandinavian Journal of Information Systems, and Management Revue, and leading Information System conferences.
I greatly value collaboration with industry partners and enjoy engaging with companies to explore real-world challenges and co-create innovative solutions. I am also passionate about teaching and truly enjoy engaging with students in the classroom, helping them connect theory with practice.
