What you will learn
The BLC master’s thesis candidate will demonstrate an ability to:
- Define and justify a focused research question related to companies and organisations in an international/intercultural context.
- Conduct a review of literature relevant to the field of research and position the research within that literature.
- Select, critically assess, and apply theories and frameworks of relevance to the field of research.
- Develop, enact, and critically assess research methodology, including research approach, strategies and choices, data collection and analysis, and philosophy of science position.
- Reflect on the internal coherence and external validity of the research.
- Conduct appropriate analyses leading to a well-reasoned answer to the research question.
- State and discuss the implications and contributions associated with the thesis findings.
