My professional and academic background is within the field information management and educational development and IT here at CBS. As a consultant at CBS Teaching & Learning I work to build educational quality in programs and courses at CBS and to develop the organizational infrastructure to support the use of ICT in teaching activities.

My academic interest revolves around the management business and organizational development specifically related to information and communication technologies and processes.

As an accomplished Education Developer, I bring extensive pedagogical acumen, particularly in the realm of digital teaching methodologies such as blended and flipped learning models. I strive to create highly interactive and dynamic classroom environments that foster student engagement and facilitate the development of higher-order cognitive skills. My pedagogical approach is underpinned by a commitment to fostering critical thinking and problem-solving competencies among students.

I supervise in the fields of knowledge management, innovation, communicaton and project management.
