Primary research areas

Stakeholder Engagement

I design and facilitate inclusive, transdisciplinary co-creation processes that bring together diverse stakeholders—researchers, policymakers, NGOs, and industry actors. By fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and actionable dialogue, I help ensure that all perspectives are considered and integrated into project outcomes, creating stronger, more sustainable solutions.

Project Management and Research Coordination

As Work Package Lead, I coordinate multinational teams, aligning tasks, timelines, and objectives to meet complex project goals. I oversee the preparation of deliverables, monitor progress, and report outcomes to the European Commission. By providing structure, guidance, and clear communication, I ensure that projects stay on track, objectives are achieved, and teams can collaborate efficiently across countries and disciplines.

Impact Creation and Replication Guides

I focus on translating research insights and project results into replicable strategies for EU projects, ensuring that knowledge can be applied beyond the immediate project context. By bridging research and practice, I support evidence-based policy, foster societal value, and develop practical, scalable solutions that can be adopted across sectors, regions, and countries.

Multinational Stakeholder Engagement for Sustainability

With a background in Applied Media, Communication, and Business Studies, my research focuses on sustainable business development, particularly sustainability communication and corporate social responsibility. Since 2023, I am leading the stakeholder engagement and business model innovation in DECARBOMILE, a €7.9M EU Horizon Europe project with 31 partners, driving scalable, decarbonized solutions for last-mile logistics. My work spans coordinating stakeholder engagement across Europe, co-developing sustainable business models with Living Labs, and leading a multinational team as work package leader. Through mixed-method research, co-creation, and policy-oriented outputs, the project fosters industry-wide adoption of low-carbon logistics practices.
