Stake­hold­er En­gage­ment
I design and fa­cil­it­ate in­clus­ive, trans­dis­cip­lin­ary co-cre­ation pro­cesses that bring to­geth­er di­verse stake­hold­ers—re­search­ers, poli­cy­makers, NGOs, and in­dustry act­ors. By fos­ter­ing col­lab­or­a­tion, know­ledge ex­change, and ac­tion­able dia­logue, I help en­sure that all per­spect­ives are con­sidered and in­teg­rated into pro­ject out­comes, cre­at­ing stronger, more sus­tain­able solu­tions.
Pro­ject Man­age­ment and Re­search Co­ordin­a­tion
As Work Pack­age Lead, I co­ordin­ate mul­tina­tion­al teams, align­ing tasks, timelines, and ob­ject­ives to meet com­plex pro­ject goals. I over­see the pre­par­a­tion of de­liv­er­ables, mon­it­or pro­gress, and re­port out­comes to the European Com­mis­sion. By provid­ing struc­ture, guid­ance, and clear com­mu­nic­a­tion, I en­sure that pro­jects stay on track, ob­ject­ives are achieved, and teams can col­lab­or­ate ef­fi­ciently across coun­tries and dis­cip­lines.
Im­pact Cre­ation and Rep­lic­a­tion Guides

I fo­cus on trans­lat­ing re­search in­sights and pro­ject res­ults into rep­lic­able strategies for EU pro­jects, en­sur­ing that know­ledge can be ap­plied bey­ond the im­me­di­ate pro­ject con­text. By bridging re­search and prac­tice, I sup­port evid­ence-based policy, foster so­ci­et­al value, and de­vel­op prac­tic­al, scal­able solu­tions that can be ad­op­ted across sec­tors, re­gions, and coun­tries.

Mul­tina­tion­al Stake­hold­er En­gage­ment for Sustain­ability

With a background in Applied Media, Communication, and Business Studies, my research focuses on sustainable business development, particularly sustainability communication and corporate social responsibility. Since 2023, I am leading the stakeholder engagement and business model innovation in DECARBOMILE, a €7.9M EU Horizon Europe project with 31 partners, driving scalable, decarbonized solutions for last-mile logistics. My work spans coordinating stakeholder engagement across Europe, co-developing sustainable business models with Living Labs, and leading a multinational team as work package leader. Through mixed-method research, co-creation, and policy-oriented outputs, the project fosters industry-wide adoption of low-carbon logistics practices.
