Professional and/or academic experience
Alongside my academic work, I have held leadership and advisory roles within business development, marketing and strategic communication in technology companies. My professional experience includes organisational development, implementation of digital technologies, public-private collaboration, stakeholder management and strategic positioning in primarily the public sector.

I currently work with business development and communication in the field of welfare technology and digital health solutions, bringing contemporary organisational challenges and industry perspectives into the classroom.

In addition to teaching, I serve as external examiner at university and professional degree programmes within communication, leadership and digitalisation.

I am author and co-author of books and publications on qualitative research, welfare technology, public-private collaboration and organisational communication.

Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision
My teaching combines academic theory with practical organisational challenges and real-world cases. I aim to help students develop analytical judgement, critical reflection and the ability to apply theory in complex settings.

I have extensive experience supervising bachelor's projects, internships and master's theses. Typical supervision topics include organisational communication, digital transformation, implementation of technology, intercultural collaboration, branding, responsible leadership and public-private collaboration.

Methodologically, I have a particular interest in qualitative research methods, organisational analysis, case-based inquiry and practice-oriented research. I am especially interested in helping students connect theoretical frameworks with empirical observations and organisational practice.

My pedagogical approach is dialogue-based and student-centred, with a focus on developing independent thinking, professional judgement and academic confidence.
