Ruth Nielsen

Ruth Nielsen conducts legal dogmatic research, primarily in general legal theory, EU Law, Labour Law and Equality Law. During the past few years Ruth Nielsen has been managing a project on the development of an EU legal method, including the development of a theory of European Realistic Legal Positivism.
