Profile Description
I have a master’s degree in research methodologies and PhD in leadership development both from Cranfield School of Management and a background as a musician and dancer.
In my research and teaching, I work in the crossfield between organisational theory, psychology, cognitive science, art, and spirituality.
Besides teaching at CBS, I run two companies: CoCreation offering executive coaching and Sensing Mind Institute offering a 4-year education on the therapeutic use of spiritual practices.
I supervise master thesis students and internship students. I'm currently teaching the course Embodied Leadership. I have previously taught Organizing Growth at the OIE master program - a course about optimising organisational dialogue, developing co-creation skills in practice and how to grow an organisation by developing strong communities inside and around the organisation. I have also taught entrepreneurship at the Royal Academy of Music.
