My research and teaching are mainly concentrated around areas such as leadership, self-management, work-life balance and strategic HRM.

I believe that research should aim at improving the general conditions of work and life in general. In my research, teaching, and dissemination, I strive to do this by working and collaborating with a great number of some of the best companies in Denmark and abroad.
