Programme Administrator — Incubation
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE), Copenhagen Business School

About the role

Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) at CBS is looking for a Programme Administrator to own the operational delivery of our incubation programmes. You will ensure programmes run smoothly — participant logistics, session delivery, and data capture from intake to completion — supporting founders as they build and scale their ventures.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end programme administration from intake to completion
  • Respond to participant enquiries and provide programme support
  • Set up and run information sessions and onboarding
  • Maintain and improve systems for participant tracking, attendance, and follow-up
  • Prepare session spaces and materials — setup, printouts, equipment, breakdown
  • Ensure accountability — follow up on no-shows, manage exemptions, enforce deadlines
  • Maintain programme documentation and databases
  • Analyse feedback and recommend improvements to programme delivery

Your profile

  • University degree in business administration, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in programme administration, operations, or university administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with founders, students, and academics
  • Able to hold boundaries politely and enforce structure
  • Systems-oriented — can maintain databases, templates, and workflows
  • Excellent written English
  • Service-minded, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and venture building is a plus

What we offer

  • Employment under collective agreement with the possibility of qualification supplements
  • Pension scheme with flexible hours
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and flexible working conditions
  • Personal and professional development opportunities
  • An inclusive, international work environment with supportive colleagues

Terms of employment

The position is for a fixed term of 1 year from the start date. Employment and remuneration will be in accordance with the current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Akademikerne, with classification and salary based on qualifications and experience.

Recruitment process

We review and interview candidates on an ongoing basis and expect to fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate.

One of CBS's strategic goals is to promote diversity and inclusion within our organisation. Therefore, we strive for a recruitment process that minimises potential bias. We encourage applicants not to include a photo or unnecessary personal information in their application.
