The An­nu­al Öre­sund Le­a­ders­hip Wor­ks­hop 2026

The overall aim of the AÖLW is to facilitate and further develop an engaged and informed dialogue around critical and non-mainstream leadership scholarship. The AÖLW is a workshop in which all researchers, from Ph.D.-students to professors, can meet and engage in discussions on all topics leadership related – from methods and theoretical approaches to contemporary ‘hot topics.

By running this annual event, we aim to strengthen the leadership scholar community in the Greater Öresund region. The responsibility for organizing the workshop will alternate between universities on both sides of the Öresund/Øresund strait; this year Copenhagen Business School is host.
