The Rockwool Foundation has awarded a grant of 6.7 million DKK to researchers Ismir Mulalic, David Jinkins, and Lars Peter Østerdal for their research project, “Connecting Copenhagen - Urban structure, policy spillovers, and welfare disparities.” The project is designed to analyze how the urban structure of the Copenhagen metropolitan area has contributed to challenges related to inequality and welfare, and to propose potential solutions. The research will provide insights into the organization of where people live and work in the city and explore how policies can exert influence across various geographical areas.
