PhD defence: Kätlin Pulk

The aim of this thesis is to shed light on the interplay of time and temporality. The central question of the thesis is ’How do organizations sustain continuity in the flow of time?’  
This question is addressed in three empirical papers focused on different aspects of time and temporality in different organizational settings from the perspective of a process theory. An organizational continuity and the interplay of time and temporality is investigated in relation to organizational routines and improvisation, outsourcing of routines and commitment to change.
