Toke Reichstein is a Professor at Copenhagen Business School whose research explores how innovation, entrepreneurship, and markets for technology drive business growth and economic progress. His work examines how firms organize to innovate, how startups grow and evolve, and how the qualities and behaviours of entrepreneurs shape success — both within their ventures and across the broader labour market.
