The social LLM at work
I am a PhD Fellow at the Department of Digitalization at Copenhagen Business School. My research examines how the way AI co-worker systems interact with us shapes professional expertise over time. Rather than studying AI as an isolated system, I want to focus on interaction of the systems and the people using them every day, and on how organisations can shape that interaction style to help employees keep and strengthen their skills.

- Explores how AI tools could be designed and deployed in ways that support expertise rather than erode it
- Seeks to contribute empirical insight into the long-term effects of everyday human-AI collaboration at work
My ambition is to help shape a working relationship with AI that keeps people sharp, capable and in control of their own judgment and skills.
