EU Commission finds Starbucks og Fiat tax agreements illegal

The European Commission has decided that the tax agreements between Starbucks and the Netherlands and Fiat and Luxembourg are illegal under EU state aid rules, and claims that they pay back 250 m DKK. In a radio interview with P1 Orientering, CBS Economics Department Head and Professor Pascalis Raimondos comments that such big company-government agreements are widespread within the EU.
